Tells you to "complete missions" for more chances to vote. After choosing the app, and completing the mission, the app is nowhere to be found in their list.. to collect the silver coins for doing the mission in the first place lol. Spent 30 minutes looking through their list of apps, with no luck lol. Waste of my time.

Starpass keeps having issues with loading ads and everytime it is resolved, it never lasts long before breaking down again. Like now I cannot even load a single ad, if other apps like Idolchamp does not give me issues why does Starpass have so many issues? If this issue is resolved, I would not mind rating this app higher but for now I am highly displeased.

This app is a very good app, but after the change was made it is so hard to collect heart jellies and some ads aren't available in a particular area and people like me who don't know how to read hangul its really hard. I hope you bring back the old way of collecting heart jellies by watching ads. Looking forward to it!!

I love collecting on Starpass because it is so easy to understand. I could understand how to use it immediately, and there are a lot of good collection options. I like that Starpass is used for voting for both Inkigayo and The Show, it is very convenient! I have never had issues using the app, and will enjoy continuing using it! ❤

among all the voting apps that i have, this application starpass is really the best. it's very easy to use, the ads are not laggy, the mission are really legit to get heart jellies, posting photos as well as videos is easy too. the rules of voting and everything is also easy to understand so i'll give this a five star. to the developers of this app, thanks for doing a great job on this app! please keep on working hard in maintaining this application! fighting!

I'm unable to log into the app and instead of signing in a text box appears with the message '시스템 점검중 입니다 . 고객센터에 연락바랍니다'. I uninstalled the app and installed it again in hopes that it would resolve the problem. Uninstalling the starpass app didn't work. Please, help me this isn't good I need the app to work I'm trying my best to support my fave SORI.

This app is quite comfortable to use. But there are some improvements you could make.1) Please add another way to collect jellies instead to doing missions or paying because it gets really annoying to wait for a whole month for the refill.2) Whenever I see a notification from starpass, I always think that it must be something important since I can't understand Korean and I just leave my whatever work I was doing but it turns out it was just a reminder for voting ASAP. Please add Eng notification

Suggestion: You can limit the ads for 5x a day so it will not have a problem on the supply/demand. Example: You can collect 5 ads every hour for 5x to make it 25 ads per day, per account. You may do this temporarily, but please don't remove the ads. That's our only free way in collecting jellies aside from posting contents. The latest update disappoints me. There are so many ways you can limit the ads usage without removing the feature. The only thing I love in this update is the logout feature

Honest review: It's fine but at the same time confusing to use since I'm new user. In conclusion It's not easy to use as other voting apps from beginners. It's too hard also how to get heart jelly for free such as I can't find the contents tab where I can posts pictures/video to earn heart jelly and the ads also is in hangul where international fans who doesn't know Korean language are having a hard time to understand it and I think the app is not like that before so please fix it. Thank you.
