Unable to log in to due error 85822 which I canot find out why, can't log into game to get support because of this and emailing support says I should log into the game for it

Since you no longer want to take my feedback I must leave a bad review.I have 8b attack and I fail on hansels. this game is too p2win. there is a huge black market of players buying selling accounts,charms that you know about and do nothing about. you will no longer be receiving any of my money on any of your games because everything can be lost. There is no joy left in this game when someone spends 2k on charms and you cant do anything even if they're 1/3 your size. Racist mods DO NOT INSTALL.

My account Tsumiki got banned for "Alt Abusing". Which was my actual main account. I do not own any other accounts besides a new one I had to make to open up a ticket. The support team are NOT helpful. They will ignore every ticket and close the ticket instantly. My 2nd ticket after being told it was banned for alt abusing got closed ON SIGHT. And I had opened a 3rd ticket to call out on the abusive support person that is ignoring me.

Terrible bot run game, part time staff blaming your own security when your account dissappears after years of playing. This game needs to be shut down, got told to change my email and password after spending 4 weeks of bot and staff responses, recovered my account then 3 weeks later it disapears , and now bot and staff are saying my new email is not valid
