Nobody likes to be slapped in the face. I feel that is what the game controller has done to me many times. Now that I have made several complaints to EA. it has become clearly obvious over the past 2 weeks, it is now playing "hard to get". You could almost call it "human" because it doesn't like to be slapped in the face and rebuced either.

Train update has ruined the game. I'm not spending an hour figuring out how to file a bug report. Every time I log in the last hour of my gameplay hasn't been saved. 3 times in the last 4 days. Next time I'm just deleting the app. There are more games to waste my time on without this frustration needing to be part of the experience. Get your sht together. Go to the sht store, buy a sht case, and put your sht in it. So that it's together. Thanks.

Recently, the game has been crashing a lot. Even now, I cannot even load the game, it keeps crashing when you start. I believe there is error in sunny isles railway bridges between islands. sometimes there ends can be demolished and sometimes u can or cannot build railroads via the connection. I uninstalled and installed the game multiple times but still can't get into Sunny Isles. The game keeps crashing...Please help. My Sunny Isles keeps on crashing...my premium mayor's is going waste

First of all, I LOVE this game. This is an awesome city building game. Everything I dreamed of. There is just one thing that would make me way more happier, I would love if there was a sandbox mode to unleash everyone's imagination and creativity. Good game, but I think there can be improvements from my point of view, like adding flyovers and railroad tracks that can go above roads and also adding companies to mass produce specific quality stuff to promote global trade and also boost population in the city.

Loved this game! Easy to level up if you play properly, easy to unlock rewards, and the mayor's pass adds a competitive element. Monster fights are annoying because it is hard to get the tools to launch a disaster. Other than that, perfect game!

It's a crashing app game that has a game-like appearance. It's crashes when you're viewing ads to cut down timers or getting bonus items, buying stuff from another players market, viewing the market, or pretty much whenever it wants to crash. It's a chill game but too buggy to be playable.

So I used to love this game. Now they have a train station which is ridiculous how it needs to be connected. The trains aren't worth anything. It takes a long time to build enough money from the train fares to even buy train items so I can build my residents. It would make sense if you could buy train items from others...
