Major problems with the little ships that contain items. They are stuck on the map and cannot be collected. I have tons on the animal island that can't be collected, and many on the main island that are just stuck on the map. They can't be moved or collected. It still takes way too many essences to open new areas. I really liked this game. The graphics are cute it was quite fun... BUT, it has become boring and time-consuming. Please fix the ship issue, the game is unplayable.

I used to love this game, spent money on this game but the glitch has lasted too long. I was told glitch would be fixed in 2 day. The problem was fixed for only 2 days .

Really enjoy this over other merging games that I've tried. I like the separate pet collecting game. Lots of things to do. My only issue is that it screws with my auto rotate, and I need to go to an app that is only horizontal to fix it

I had to get a new phone and logged in with the same Gmail that I used to link my account. It never saved any of my progress. I got a "welcome back" but still had to start from the beginning. I can't do it all again. So I'm uninstalling

My game is glitched since the most recent update. I have reached out for help with no response to correct the issues. I can no longer access ads for energy, I have no events, tournaments, or challenges for over 2 weeks. I really enjoyed this game previously, but incredibly disappointed to not be able to continue and discouraged by the lack of customer service.

Horrendous of late! I used to like this game but like everyone else the latest update has really stopped play. Everything disappears, sometimes it reappears as I'm playing. Today however it has decided that my elves are busy and I can't play. Fix it or I'm uninstalling! Absolutely rubbish!
