Paid for no ads and 10 hour opening time however regardless of how many people are in the park as soon as I close and reopen the app everyone has gone and there are no cars, no idle income after logging back in hours later, please fix this issue

I enjoy this game. Loads of glitches on my water park though. Especially Pirate Fotress, there's only ever a handful of visitors use it when I first open it up. The ride doesn't move around and then no more visitors use it for the rest of my playing time. So annoying. Other rides you can't see the queues, etc. Update- there is no in game support chat. Its only set questions and answers. None of which are helpful

After the recent update, there is a serious bug. The business doesn't apply the corresponding boost. Say you level up from lvl 1000 to lvl 1200. It says + 800% but the numbers stay same. The 800% aren't applied which makes the progress useless.

Not been on this for a while. Updated it and for about 2 days worked perfect, now videos won't play yet again main reason why I stopped playing it last time. Still disappointed

Great game, one of the better idle tycoon games out there. One of the few games where I don't mind watching ads to get benefits. My only issue is the amount of advertising for the in-app purchases there is. It can get a bit frustrating.

I enjoyed playing this game for some time, I can't play it at all now because it says it's got a new update but won't let me update it. Before I tried to reinstall it, my fairy Island progress has been stopped at 23.8 billion for a day or more now.

The game is really cool and has a fun idea, I have all rides on the theme park and was currently working on auqa park, but one day when I entered back on the park, the game said I had an internet error, even though my internet was fine, this game is a nice game, I usually don't spend money on games, but the no ads was a good choice of buying. Please do fix this, I even re installed the app since I knew my progress would save on Google play. I also should be able to play, since I have no ads.

12/7/2023 Version 3.12.1 -- This version broke the game. Tried uninstalling, Reinstalling, reboot and still broke. Been playing for months with known bugs but the latest bug broke it. 12/14/2023 The game is working on Android but the same issue I had on my Android on 12/7/2023 is now appearing on my iPad on IOS.

Very disappointed, I have spent around $30 on this game, and a known issue is sometimes items go missing or don't show up in inventory. When it happened to me I received no refund nor was it fixed after speaking with customer service for days. I'm very disappointed after the amount of time I invested in this game. I will be deleting it.
