It's pay to win, but so is any other similar game. Possible to play without spending but unless you manage to get in a corps (guild) with the best players, you'll find yourself getting outpaced by the whales and having to rebuild from attacks practically weekly. Decent opportunities to win and unlock things in free events, at least. Very little instructions on the mechanics.

Overall more positive over the negative but it's getting extremely difficult to overlook the negativity & all the b.s., propaganda(in forum), & the borderline pornographic material(esp. photos), now even the slow loading & constant crashing of forum...other than that it's easy to play and game format flows pretty well and u don't have to pay to play but it helps & pay to win makes placing in top 10 or top 3 rankings enabling u to get super perks and prizes...all-in-all pros beat cons

The game at first glance is similar to every other RTS game on the app store, but, not only are the graphics pretty impressive for an RTS but you also get to choose where to initially deploy your troops during a battle and when, during the battle, to use a special still. Sounds like a silly thing to get excited about, but, other games in this genre barely let you have any control at all over your own to troops. On top of this, the single player campaign is fairly enticing. The only unfortunate thing is that it is still pay to win like every free game. This game gets a 4/5 from me.
