Town of Salem - The Coven is a game with a player range of 7 to 15. Players are randomly assigned alignments including Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists, and Neutrals. As a Town member, your goal is to identify and eliminate the Mafia and villains before they kill you. However, you don't know who is a fellow Town member and who is a villain. If you are an evil role, such as a Serial Killer, you secretly murder Town members in the night phase to avoid getting caught. There are 33 unique roles in the game, and before each game, players are assigned roles randomly. The game features a day phase where Town members discuss and vote on suspected evil roles. Players can customize their map, character, pet, lobby icon, death animation, house, and name. There are over 200 achievements in the game, which grant various in-game items.

- Defense phase: During the defense phase, players can plead their innocence to the Town. They must come up with convincing stories to avoid being sentenced to death.
- Customization: Players can customize their own map, character, pet, lobby icon, death animation, house, and even choose a custom name. Other players in the game will see these selections.
- Achievements: The game offers over 200 unique achievements, earning which will grant players various in-game items.

The game is great, but the mobile version has a few problems that need fixed. From what I've seen, these problems are: 1. If you get Coven tickets, but you don't have a classic ticket, you have to watch the ad to use your coven tickets. 2: Players on computers can whisper in times you can't usually talk, like when the sequence of death announcements are showing, while mobile users have to wait. That's all I've seen so far, but this is by far my favorite game, and I'm glad I can play on mobile.

Horrendous UI design and lack of UI customization. You can't read chat and type at once, you can't play in portrait, so your keyboard takes 90 percent of screen. Whoever is in charge of UI design shouldn't have a job in game development The PC version Town of Salem on the other hand, is fantastic, if you have a laptop you're a million times better off playing on that.

SHORT REVIEW: Awesome game. Have some connection issue. I recommend it to anyone. FULL REVIEW: I love this game. But lately i am having a connection problem. Is almost impossible to play with your phone data. Is disconnecting me for no reason. The problem i found in the game is that if you lose connection for a second is impossible to reconnect. Anyway, The game is awesome . Is a cool Rpg/Strategy. And is awesome to get to know people around the world. -HarryHarickson

This game is usually a great way to pass some time; however, the amount of bugs and errors within the game make it next to unplayable. I have been kicked out of games more times than I could count, robots and spammers are sill prominent, and the concept of having to pay for the game (Which doesn't work a good precentage of the time!) makes it completely unenjoyable. If you are able to look pass all of that, have fun.

Kind of a let down there. I couldn't play the free version which is to see an ad . I lost the excitement of the game already. Because the game is kind of forcing you to pay before you play. And even the ad button didn't have any ads. Developers must understand that we can't pay for things that don't interest us. Should work on that. Atleast engage ads. Overall the graphic and UI is good. The animation is smooth. Could see it on menu screen. Hope I could play this sometime soon.

I love this unique murder mystery style game! I like the unique graphics style and the controls are so simple! To me, there's not many things wrong with this game apart from the occasional servers failing to find other players and putting you into empty lobbies. Another thing that's sort of bad is when the town lynches you for no reason, but thats gaming for you. Overall, I really enjoy this game, and I 11/10 would recommend to anyone who likes mysteries and videogames.

I really, really enjoy this game, personally I love the fact it all depends on your persuasiveness. However, I and many others paid for the premium package and coven dlcs($10), and we get an error message and no rewards. I stupidly did not check the reviews and lo and behold my 10 dollars have been stolen and I'm left with nothing to show for it but an error message. Thanks

It's honestly a fun game, but the community is constantly split between having fun, and actually playing the game, and it's best to just join a different game if an argument breaks out. The lack of bugs and glitches surprise me, but even when you find said bug, Reporting it requires you to leave the app, and risk disconnecting from the game as you attempt to submit a report, which could potentially take around 20-30 minutes to do after reading all the rules for the form.

Listen. I love Town of Salem, but between network subsystems being down and not being able to login with Facebook online, I am barely even able to play. Anytime I get a scroll it kicks me out, and even when I don't it kicks me out because of "Network Subsystems" I really love this game, but right now it is basically unplayable. Once these problems are fixed I will change my review.
