crash crash crash crash. can't even login. every update i lose my account even tho its connected thru fb, and have to start again due to useless support from devs & google feedback is a joke!!! unless you wanna restart your entire account from zero every few months don't bother even downloading. last update was supposed to fix access problems, what a joke. get it right devs!!! creating a new name & telling people to restart is not a solution. i give up on this useless piece of trash app.

Wow i had 20k gems saved before the newest bug which gave 1.8 mil gems to players who spent that in game and got to keep all the ugragdes. While you give 900 gems compensation. Lmao. Google play support told me to contact you but you dont answer support. This is not ok. I will be getting my money back. Court sounds good to me... you took all the gems from every player. Shit i spent money on

At first I was excited to play the game though after I made an account, went through the first battle and made a team name, I was kicked out. I tried this over and over again, I was kicked out each time so please fix this.

Game is fun, But i attempted to purchase the Sr. monthly card, alreasy got the amount discounted from my google wallet but i got nothing... No trace for the transaction within the game and i already got my google reciept.. Support is needed here edit: i got the support i needed, and the replied pretty quick, thank you devs.

One of the best games in my opinion . It's been a month since I've played and I already have 5 SSS heroes (f2p btw) the game is very rewarding rewards you with tons of gems and heroes if you login everyday and you don't have a penny ( ofc it's optional and it's worth the price if you want to spend ) here's a tip for new players don't spend your gems on any summon rather save your gems to buy The SSS heroes which come in server market.

Customer service is quite terrible, posted in multiple service tickets and even emailed them directly but no response. All this due to a bug with their topup system when they changed to 15K topup event, when they changed back topup max of 7.5K literally made other topup rewards unable to achieve very disappointed with their on the fly updates and lack of customer service. It's a shame cause it's a nice nifty game :(.

Would have been 5 stars if my lost acc was recovered but nevertheless, I got compensated with the diamonds and vip I spent in the game. Like the game since 2017, I hope for new updates and no more bugs.

Loved the game at first until 500 of my gems disappeared. I sent the game developers a message about it and never got a response. im glad i didnt put money into this game now that i know when you have any issues that they will not fix it let alone acknowledge you when you send them a message.
