It's starting to lose my progress and i hate it. I'll start the process of making a recipe, close out and go on with life. Open it back up to check it and is as if I never did anything. it's really disappointing bc I'm trying to participate in events and what not but I miss it bc I'm constantly losing progress. Have been playing for a long time, and ever since i changed phones my old restaurant does not want to sync. Every time i start it up it gives me an error that the internet is not working even though i have central wifi. I would like this fixed since i like the game and i want my old account back.

I love the game. The only issue I am facing is I downloaded it in my new phone and whenever I open the app it says new version available for download and when I click on Yes it takes me to this page where I have already downloaded the app and there are no updates available. That window won't go away no matter what and now I can't play anymore. ☹️

Slow going and I lost a wall to the entrance which can't be moved. Thankfully you can make it glass but it would suck if it was something special. You guys might want to rethink the entrance design and make it smaller or able to click through.

I had a World Chef account & had been playing game for a couple of years but had uninstalled it after i had been involved in a horrible car accident & wasn't able to play. Wasn't active in World Chef game for a year. Just reinstalled the game again. Really wanted to pick up where i had left off. UNFORTUNATELY, EVERYTHING I had invested in (WORLD CHEF) WAS COMPLETELY GONE!! ALL OF IT! GONE! COMPLETELY!! No explanation no notification! NO NOTHING!! COMPLETELY BUMMED & AND a tad livid!!

Gameplay, graphics, controls etc are excellent. BUT I gave it 1 star is because of the tip jar. It's unnecessary. People can watch videos & open crates to get diamonds. I have been playing this game for 3+ years. It's used to be a fun game. But now it has become a money making game for the game developers. Very disappointed.

This game was fun, unfortunately it keep saying that I had to build the chillout area first eventhough I already build it. It's not happening once but twice and the game suddenly deducted my coins and gems without notice. The things get worst when at my achievement, my task to build the chillout area already completed. I hope your team can help me recover this game.

Actually i love it until something went wrong with the game. All cooking menu is in circle like its still loading but not. And some of the chef's stands is covered and ribboned just like they were new, but they're not. My internet is fine, i can play other games just fine. I uninstall it and install it again but nothing changed. Pls fix it! U never update your game again.

Played it years ago it was great, restarting now the unskippable tutorials are absolutely awful. Uninstalling because of the gem jar tutorial - i can't buy it or claim it, my google play just doesn't process it and the game doesn't go on if you don't because it's absolutely unskippable. Awful
