I love the game but it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of ANY type of customer support. I've emailed SEVERAL times asking for helping with the game and nothing in response. This is over a period of 4 to 5 months 2-3 emails a week. And I don't like notifications on my phone so I have them turned off for almost all games on my phone and EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the game it tries to make me turn notifications on and that's just so frustrating. I legit may quit playing because of the notification thing.

This game has been around a few years now and it's my favourite...but having to wait at least 7 days to play the main game is a pain in the bum. Why can't it just carry on would be so much easier

Having fun until I'm cut off why? Game will not load up? And if I don't buy that's not good enough? I'm using my wits, not money to win the game.
