I was hopeful for this but it's not fun. 1. Either subscribe or get basically nothing. No ad option. 2. Sodoku is horrible. Play other Sudoku apps and you'll see why the NYT version isn't good. 3. Forcing login to see stats from wordle. Why I decided to check the app, but ultimately I'm not interested. I just want to open my browser and play and not have to log in. Corporate America sucks.

Repeated updates continue to bloat the app, making it increasingly more unstable and hard to navigate. After the latest update, the app crashes every time I go to reopen it and will randomly erase the entire board.

Some of the games I play are not on it any longer. Wish there were more variety of the other games aside crosswords. Wordle is fun and I enjoy the others. Connections could be better at times and I wish some from main site were on app (like the guess where in timeline did the events happen)

Fun, but back button seems broken. Example: solve mini, it shows your time. Push back button, the app minimizes instead of going back one screen. Works correctly returning to a solved puzzle.

It's mostly good fun, but from time to time whomever is in charge of editing will simply fail and allow some fake spelling to slip through on the crosswords. It's almost always non-English words, so I guess they assumed that there is no official English spelling and they could just make things up. Nevertheless it is sad and embarrassing.

App has formatting issues on some devices. Connections text doesn't fit in boxes, and there's no option to shrink the text. Otherwise, pretty good.

You need to create an account just to track your scores. Got the app because I love the games and wanted to see my streaks and scores. I've been paying daily for weeks. Now it updated and you can no longer see your streaks or score unless you create an account! What a bummer.

Since they went to the new look half the words on Connections have letters missing off the front AND back. Can't even tell what the word is much less how it is connected. It is unplayable. Very frustrated!

Edit 24-03-22: Since the last update the app won't even let you see your Wordle streak and stats anymore without an account. I was okay with the features this app offered for free so far, but it seems the NYT is bent on locking ever more content behind their steep subscription prices.
