Honestly, the game is okay until the second map area. The people get upset super fast even with things to increase their patience, and you need more money to upgrade than you make. If you try to go back to the first map and play endless mode, you make less than 200 coins even if you've dealt with 40 people. It had potential, but unless the fix the issues I mentioned above, I probably won't play often. Also,the responses to the reviews are copy an paste. Actually respond with something insightful

This game is super fun. The reason I rated it 5 stars was because, like I don't know who won't give it 5 stars. You just play game and it's so sat is fine. I wrote this a 5 stars fairly. And ADS everything works and I love it. My mom plays it. My brother plays it and my dad plays it and I play It so. I don't know, sometimes even if my dog plays it.That's a joke, but it seems like it does. And it's a super fun game.I recommend you play It love Alaina ❤️

I have purchased diamonds on various occasions to help beat levels but I am no longer going to do that and will play this game a lot less. I have been stuck on the same level for 2 days now.

It's very fun and addicting but very stingy w/ coins and rewards. Everything has to be leveled up constantly but you're rewarded very few coins to do so. Some of the challenges just seem impossible to do in the time allotted and the patients patience is ridiculous. My big frustration though are levels 9 and 15 in the treatment room absolutely not working. I though With the last update that would have been fixed. Nope. The visuals freeze while the audio continues. Can't you guys fix that?!

Why did the game image change? Has the game's popularity decreased or what?? This is no way to advertise. Children are the ones playing this game and you are attracting children this way. gross!!!!!

It's fun but it crashes A LOT! I used to play it all the time but I've recently uninstalled it because of the crashing issues.

I like this game HOWEVER considering how expensive everything is to upgrade the rewards ARE A JOKE. You watch videos only to get 2 diamonds or 77 coins as a reward. I don't know how long I will continue to play as it's more irritating than fun

Disgusting icons, and images, the so called ASMR levels basically offer such little user input, just tap, drag or pinch. The hospital management part is a little like dinner dash..... All in all, ok game, but not that enjoyable

While I don't really spend money on games, I did spend the little bit to get the ad free version and I liked it in the beginning... yes levels are designed to be challenging, but most all other games allow you to replay those levels to improve your score. Not this one. Endless mode is terrible. Let us be able to replay levels to get better score and coins easily. There should be a free option for those that aren't going to pay for every little coin they get. The side games are overwhelming.
