The mechanics of this game are solid. But what pulls the game down is how "grindy" progress is. You open access to new puzzle levels by connecting cities with train tracks. These are slow to acquire resulting in a really shallow experience. This could be fixed by either lowering the required pieces for track exchanger or add a mode where you could trade two curves for a straight of the same material. Either way. I'm uninstalling due to this.

Pay to win or grind till death. Train sending algorithm goes against you when you are close to winning, ex. Sending trains in unavoidable crash course. Edit: encountered a year later, tried again, you still have better odds winning at blackjack in a casino than here. Trains spawn literally at last second when you can't avoid hitting them (on multiple maps). Also the track grind is ridiculous, it literally forces you to buy tracks. If this is a game aimed at children it's a shameful scam and money grab. Every time you get a box the next one costs 5 more coins. At 500 coins per box now, you need to play about 20 games to get another box and there's about 15 more cities to connect.

All I could ask for in a game. Multiple levels of difficulties. Many mini games using the same world. World building. Ability to upgrade track pieces. Tons of different layout options. And the one game it seems that everyone begs for new levels but playing the current levels is still equally fun. Getting new game pieces can take a bit when the price gets too high, but there are a lot of ways to get a new track piece.

Great game I have been playing it for 2 years. The reason I gave it 3 is because you will never see a update. Maybe one day the developers will give life to the game again. Their no goals no once you connect the map. If any player is looking for ideas to continue playing longer. What I have done is shortened each track time to stock yard to max profit. Another Idea make it where a train can leave any city and travel to any other city in the map. That mean going around other city.

difficulty gets high way too fast. Paris level is actually cancer. trains keep coming after you send them to the correct line. getting tracks takes a very long time to get. The one good thing is that it doesn't have that many ads ini it and all the ads are skipable after about 5 seconds. Maybe they could make the game better by putting in upgrades that can make the game a little easier. The upgrades should cost a lot of coins though. Maybe even put in some one time use abilities.

While the actual train routing levels are fun, challenging and downright tedious at times, the rest of the game is annoying. Once you have a 100% star, there's no benefit to getting it again. And you might as well just connect up the first two stations and play them to build up pieces, as track pieces get more expensive as you add more ports.

Great settings screen (volume controls! Separate for music and sound), useful help page, cute graphics and fun, challenging gameplay. For a f2p game this is almost perfect, the grind is there to make you spend money but that's expected, the controls sometimes take a wild turn and direct the wrong train but oh well, by sausage fingers need some practice.

I'm mainly enjoying the game. Please come up with some new destinations soon! I think the game could do with some way of digging tunnels as in the mountainous areas you can't get through and, for example, to get from France to Spain you have to build bridges over the sea which seems mad. It's quite hard to get the iron and alloy pieces you need, the tile trader seems a little unfair as you have a random selection from 10 iron pieces which is far too many so you often don't get the pieces you want
