After a year of grind, all lost After playing for over a year my phone that I use is broken and the battery isn't working anymore. I got a new phone but even though the game was bound to Google play I cannot resume the old account. What's the point of binding to a Google play account if you are just forced to start over on a new server? A year wasted. The game is interesting because of the people on it. When you grind for a year only to lose it all unexpectedly it leaves a bitter taste.

Lost one of my accounts. I bound my game to war z account now it does not recognize my email and I forgot my passcode. I have tried to contact devs, but in game contact is not working properly (it wants date and time but will not let me enter info). I have sent email to address listed here on google but have not heard from them. It has been over a week now and I have lost much troops and rss. Not happy!!! update: just lost my 2nd acct. I knew my passcode but it will not accept it.

It was a beautiful game for everyone, but today it is for the owners of the money unfortunately. We the old ones have been playing for five years, and today it requires a lot to defend with one type of soldiers. Do you think we should kill all the soldiers we trained? I think it should be returned.I think you should add a skill to convert units for the type we play like turning troops into zombies. And the owners of snipers and armored vehicles, what are they doing? I think it's not fair .

Been playing for years. Love the mechanics of the game played in a few states. Created a new base in state 715. Buggy and glitchy all around. I cant place an officer on my wall I cant turn in snowballs for event. Sent in screen shots and reported it no reply. 3/5 stars because of this. Keep up with your game and more people will be happy. Was going to buy some packs but if something as simple and being able to participate in your game events isnt possible for me why would I want to spend money

The game is very good.. I play this game for more than 4 years now and I spend some money of it and more time. But I was sudden cause last April 20 in desert oasis thier is an event the desert oasis doomsday challenge.. I only get up to 4th box rewards but sadly to say my 4th box rewards went missing even if I still not open it. I check my bag if it went in but still nothing it did not go into my bag. I ask for refund for that rewards but they refuse to give me.. I am very disappointed.. I really need those rewards to collect.

Fun game been playing for years now,.. 10/9/19... Stopped playing bcuz the updates take up all my phones data i even have a 64GB SD card to store some things on it and to free up as much space as possible and yet every update is substantionally bigger than the last one by leaps and bounds.. The gameplay has gotten ridiculous and if u dont spend thousands of dollars u cant compete.. If u dont have a shield on your base u will get demolished and lose everything that you spent yrs to get get!!!!

Its all about money. If anyone is ready to spend money for an entertainment purpose play this game, otherwise just uninstall now whatever power level you are. Uninstall and think it as an accident. Otherwise keep playing like me, i have a budget scored for this game to spent every week or month, i know someday it will become boaring like every entertainments, then i will just consider the money spent on it as for a purpose

It's a decent grindy game to kill time, however, like most mobile games it's also pay to win. All over the top characters, vehicles, and equipment require diamonds which costs money (or obtained small amounts by fellow clan members who paid money). State wars and quests were fun until the big kids came on with $300 dollars spent on their account. Most times you cover with Shields and hope they don't bomb you as you waste precious resources.

The support system is a joke. They never help and as can be seen on these reviews it is a pay to play game. The answers to all the review points is always the same and definitely not helpful. It is impossible to gain the strength of the paying players without spending massive amounts of money in the game. If you are not financially very well off then I would not bother joining as you have no chance you may win a jigsaw pice of equipment but so many are needed it's a waste of time.
