I like the tile match concept, & I like that this game doesn't make me feel pressured into buying items to win. I didn't care for a lot of the stories tho, they don't seem plausible. There's no challenge in fixing the rooms, like if you fix the couch before the broken window it doesn't matter. Also my game kept freezing & crashing, couldn't update so might have been my phone I dunno. Got tired of crashing & having to start a level over, so moving on to other apps for now.

I enjoyed this at first and even bought it to get no ads. Level 259. But now there are hardly any boosters-which are needed for hard levels; it takes way more stars to fix the Story issues; & you win only a few coins per level. So to gain more coins you have to watch 60-90 second or longer ads. If you could go back to easier levels to build up your coins/boost items through play it would be better. But it is not fun anymore. I am about to uninstall it.

I was surprised to find a legitimate, challenging game! It's fun. Ads are frequent, but enable extended game play, so I tolerate them. That said, ads are repetitive and VERY LONG. It creates a high level of tedium. Now I've gotten to where every time an ad plays, my screen goes black and I have to reboot the game. I've cleared cache & restarted my device, but I seem to be stuck permanently.

I love ❤️ this game but it has to many advertisements, it has options to pay for no advertisments but it doesn't last longer than 5 days. If in the future upgrade, should be monthly or yearly payment option. Sorry for low Rating. Thanks

Worked well for a while but then game started to abruptly close or not advance a level with msg that there is no Internet connection even when there is a connection. The ads are excessive. Frustrating. The no Internet connection resolved for about a month. Worked ok then the no Internet connection returned. Please fix.

I really enjoy the game, but the adds mess up the sound and the sound is distorted. Could you fix the sound problem. I get tired of turning my phone off and rebooting it just to fix the sound.

Challenging game. I really enjoyed it, BUT I paid for no ads. I am on level 310 and you basically have to watch ads to finish the "super hard" levels. They are not 10-15 second ads ; no, they take almost 2 minutes for some. I am very disappointed. I really liked this game. Too bad the company gets greedy and chooses extra long and extra ads over customer experience and challenging game play. Edit: I wouldn't mind the ads if they were short 15 or 30 seconds. The royal match ones are almost 2 min

EDIT: I'm in the levels of a thousand right now. I will not reload, that would be pointless since my progress will be gone. If I had paid for this game I would be mad. Watching ads to gain a space, I counted once, it took five times if watching, to clear the space. Some levels are IMPOSSIBLE to finish without having to watch several ads. Yes, you make your money off if ads, but I see many complaints about an excess of ads.
