Worse than the real things, Camera's freeze and the FPS at the top doesn't reflect the actual FPS to the customer. Internet connection was stable and fast (ran a speed test to confirm this)

I was in the last play to get the prize and got kicked out as I was checking out for more gems. I had alot of time left but the game didn't charge me and then it charged me twice. The next player took 1 shot and took the prize instead. Terrible experience, I wouldn't have charged money if I knew this wouldve happened. Was charged $50 custom duty fees for maybe $100 worth of figures.

Tons of connection issue with this app. The play button doesn't appear when it's your turn. Or after playing a few times you get kicket out due to disappearing play button, and all sorts of problems. No free shipping as well unless you win something with paid play. Play at your own risk.

So I tried to give this game a chance, and for a while the problems were mostly fixed but then within the past 2 weeks I'm back to spending more time contacting customer support for glitches than I am actually enjoying this game. It feels like a scam. The game will be working fine for a few turns and just as I'm about to win, it'll kick me out of my spot with an error message and force me to queue again allowing someone else to take it. Will be uninstalling once I receive my last package.

Was kicked out of machine after getting it in position to win. site refused to load after reloading when the continue play button didnt appear. next player won, then told I should have recorded the incident. had no issues up to my last play and still had points to continue. the page wouldn't load and thus forced out of line after waiting 2 hours in line to play. please dont say to send an inquiry to support, I have and am told because I didnt record they cant find a problem with my play. BS

I love this app. I'm waiting on my first shipment of figures now and I just bagged another two. However, please note this is literally gambling and make sure you pace yourself and ALWAYS HAVE A LIMIT. I have already spent more money in here than the figures costs combined. Overall, it's a fun game to play but it costs a lot to win. I used to really enjoy playing and regularly requested my prizes to be shipped. However, since April 2023 when they randomly changed the shipping request period from 60 days down to 30 days without telling anyone, I have spent less on this app. This is due to me losing 5 prizes that I had won (and paid a lot of money for). Tokyo Catch gave me no warning, I only found out after my prizes had expired and I did not even get any free gems

Worst claw machine game out there right now. This app and website should be shut down as it's the biggest scam going. Their support requires ridiculous evidence to acknowledge your issues. Who is actually screen recording their plays or recording their unboxings? Because apparently, if you aren't doing that, maybe you should. Because this company wants to see everything you do to believe your complaints. I've spent over $80 to win one item and never did win it. Go find another app to play.
