The game used to be fun,but I'm struggling to get bingos and finishing books.Can't afford ridiculous high packages to help.I have been struggling the past month with the game kicking me out randomly.Sometimes as I go into the game,sometimes while playing bingo,sometimes while playing mini games, sometimes while in group chat,sometimes while dropping group balls. Please can you sort the problem.Still need to try and help my team. 11/11/23 Use in-game help while being kicked out What a joke

I enjoy playing the game but has flaws. Sometimes it can be very difficult to achieve bingo's, therefore you end up with little tickets. With the frenzy cards I constantly get 1 or 2 star cards & very rarely get new and 4 & 5 star cards making it extremely difficult to complete the album. King cards should be able to trade. There should be an option to exchange or sell your ingredients to get the ones you actually need. The special games are good but again, very hard to achieve a bingo

it's great... at first. like many others have said, I'm now seeing, u must have $ to play this app. there's also several other disappointments here like only needing ONE SPECIFIC # to be called so I can bingo! ugh! how can anyone be that unlucky day after day? I guess I make that possible?! but it's ridiculously sad to see 40+ other bingos won while I'm on edge of my seat hoping I can get one so I can play one more round? no thanx! sorry guys! but this is not worth my time...

⭐I absolutely love this game!! ⭐ The only thing that bugs me a little is that the game seems a tad slow, but that could very well be my internet connection as well. Otherwise this game is pretty awesome!! Thank you and keep up the great work

I downloaded this app back in June 2023. My 1st review I gave it 4⭐️. 3 months playing daily I downgraded my review to 2⭐️. Now unfortunately I will have to rate the app 1⭐️. I actually wish there was a choice to give half stars! The developers need to sort out and solve the inadequacy so many of your players grumble about! I will be so happy if the day arrives in the future

I love this game but it's unfair how you guys hold out on a few cards making it impossible to get I can't even buy it with diamonds. I'd spend too much money and never finished a Album. Same cards being given out no new I will delete and not play again after 9 days no more popping me for money and not win anything,shame on you

Love the game and the team play, they make it very difficult to collect items to complete side events without spending $. Rewards for advancement are minimal.

Game will not open on phone or tablet since reset. My network is not the issue. I Uninstalled/reinstalled. Am on correct version. Impossible to get to any sort of customer support.
