1. Track which cards have been played, especially the Right and Left Bowers, to predict opponents’ remaining strengths and weaknesses: Memory and deduction are your greatest weapons in Euchre.
2. When choosing trump, analyze not just your hand but also potential suit voids that allow partner synergy through off-suit trumping: A winning trump is sometimes about teamwork, not just strength.
3. Use lower-value non-trump leads to bait opponents into revealing their trump strategy early in the round: Reading their reaction helps you set up power plays.
4. Go alone only when you’re confident that your hand can win at least three out of five tricks—four is ideal, five is golden: A failed solo attempt can lose more than it gains.
5. If your hand is weak and you’re dealer, don’t rush to call trump unless “Stick the Dealer” forces it—sometimes it's better to defend: Playing safe might mean sacrificing a point to avoid two.
6. Communicate passively with your partner by the suits you lead and avoid trumping their tricks unless necessary: Smart, subtle teamwork is more powerful than any single hand.
7. If your teammate calls trump, play to support their decision even if your hand isn’t optimal—winning as a team matters more: Cohesion often beats raw card power.
8. Practice frequently with different AI settings to experience a wide range of play styles, aggressions, and bidding tactics: Flexibility and adaptability win long-term in both solo and multiplayer.

I like the game but I've noticed while playing rated games, sometimes the ad won't load, then I can't x out of the ad and next minute I've been booted for inactivity! I've lost points and games where I was dominating because this happened...and it's not just once or twice....it occurs quite often! I don't know if this has happened to everyone tho, but hopefully you can do something to fix this problem!

Starting several days ago, an ad would pop-up while playing a ranked game. The ad pops up after a combined score of maybe 7. Anyway, now this pop up freezes my game 50% of the time. I get kicked out. The ad which freezes is just a black screen with a large "play" button, and it clocks continually. No way to back out of it or close it. I can see players telling me to go, but I cannot see the game. This is making the game unplayable.

For a computer, my partner is an idiot. Orders up a loner and gets one trick..... I got tired if not being able to get out of the ads , especially after 30 seconds. The game is nice, but the ads are repetitive and very long. I deleted the game after not being able to play for 4 minutes. I'm looking for a different euchre game

This is probably great for the casual player. It looks nice and the AI is decent. The things that made me uninstall this game: 1) The gameplay is too slow for my taste, even at the highest setting 2) Forced rotation. i dont like playing two handed in landscape mode. Playing sideways was annoying 3) The controls are awkward. The buttons are small, too close together, and just felt unintuitively placed. make them bigger, space them out a little 4) AI is good, but not great. Settings limited.

This was fun to play and I had it installed for a few years for a downtime distraction. I recently deleted the app due to the fact the "random deals" are so lopsided. Comebacks by the other team was becoming all but predictable. Also, your partner's ability seems to fluctuate as the games progress. I don't expect to win every game but I noticed too much inconsistency over the past couple of months. No thanks.

Although the interface is great and the card animations are on point, the AI is too stacked. In Euchre it's all about the game strategy after a deal which is based on luck. As a developer you could either increase the difficulty by stacking the deck in the AI's favor, which is easier, or have the AI make better decisions through strategy via a set of rules, which is harder to program. I feel like if you increase the difficulty to hard, the deck is always stacked the AI's favor. And sorry, but if I'm on medium difficulty and the opponent GOES ALONE three times during one game, that's not realistic and it wouldn't happen on the table in real life. Unless you want to make your partner hate you. Finally, the AI will make incredibly risky decisions, decisions that I haven't seen at the table ever. It's becoming so predictable that I can tell based on what I have on my hands what's going to be called if I and my "partner" pass, sometimes turning the game into strictly defensive mode. I've also seen my "partner" call a suit when they have none of it, as if the game is purposely thrown.

Like this best of four I've tried. Pluses: Opponents are tough; I have yet to break even on an extended run of games. Interface is clean. Ads are not obnoxious and mostly take "no" for an answer. Minuses (not critical): Hands are enhanced beyond random. Accumulates stats forever, eating up memory. Suppresses screen blanking--runs down my battery if I forget to leave the app.

It's very frustrating with the ads, as they tend to come up during your turn and then you hold back the other players. Also the game has been glitching where it looks like it will go to ad but doesn't and then my screen is "frozen" so I have to leave the game, but then I get penalized for leaving too many games even though it's due to the app glitching? If ads were moved to before/after game play and bugs fixed it would be much better.

Screen is well laid out and easy to follow. However the app is flawed against a single player. My robot partners hand and mine do not match up nearly as well as the opponents hands. Also, my partner makes a lot more dumb mistakes than the opponents do. It looks like if you select a more difficult level of competition they just give the opponents better cards. Lame app.
