This app started out good, but then it crashed last week and all my gems disappeared. It says I haven't earned any even though the "my apps" section shows I have. I emailed the support email and haven't gotten any help, just silence.

Voucher not valid! I cashed out to a Door Dash reward and received an voucher which can't be used in their app. I tried emailing support but got the same recorded email each time about how long paypal takes. They also claimed I would receive an email which I never got. What a waste of my time. if I could give zero stars, I would.

Was liking it the first couple months, unfortunately all my gems have disappeared and when I sent an email about it they just said give it time and that it is harder to get coins as you play more(which I understand) but I have played enough to meet the requirements and multiple occasions now and still haven't been recieving my gems for a couple weeks now. Hope they sort this out and credit my account with the gems I have rightfully earned.

I log on to this app multiple times everyday and this morning when I opened it up my wallet balanced was 0.... Why has my balance disappeared? Also used to get hundreds of points per minute now everything has changed to only get tens of points per minute..... It's one thing to reduce the amount of payouts but it's something completely different to reset my wallet to 0.

On 12/4 i submitted my first payout via paypal. I waited until 12/18 until i submitted my first ticket, which is well after the 5 days it says it may take to receive the payment. I sent a second ticket and 5 subsequent payouts since and have heard nothing back except the auto-generated emails saying my tickets have been received and i will be contacted back shortly. That was a lie. I have not been contacted at all. I have had no payouts. Paypal has not received anything from you either.

This app is hot dog water. They use deceitful and misleading tactics to get you to play the games that they feature by labeling them with lies. For example "989 gems/min" but you only get them for the first couple minutes, then it goes up to 3 minutes, then 5, then 10, etc etc. Im uninstalling immediately following this review. AVOID THIS APP

Stopped accumulating points and all my points I had saved up disappeared. Worked in the beginning then stopped now game keeps crashing. I've sent several messages nobody has got back to me. I'm very disappointed.
