I use to play this casino every night. I would look forward to it at the end of the work day, because I knew I could put $25 in and play for at least an hour some times two hours without zeroing out my balance. But anymore when I do decide to play I have nothing but anxiety because I know within 3-10 mins my balance will be zeros. And if I want to play more I'll have to put more in, even then if I do win anything I know that within30 minutes it'll be gone completely. I miss the old BorgataApp.

Same exact app almost as Bet MGM, however the latter sight is way more reliable. Besides the EXTREMELY annoying fact that I have to log in again after EVERY game I play bc I get redirected to a page that says, "browser cannot understand.." something to that effect, I was awarded spins last night and still can't open the game to play them! My location is on, my geolocation app is running, all updates are current; this is disappointing, frustrating&unacceptable. If problem resolves will rate 5

Was on a winning streak and all of a sudden received an "error message" and to contact customer support. When I did they said my account was "temporarily suspended " and I would get an email why in 24-48hrs. No reason. Just-sorry u can't play anymore OR CASH OUT??!! Very shady. Dont get my started on the live chat they have. Some of the most dense customer support I've ever come across. Definitely uninstalling after my issue is resolved.

The games crash quite often, and I don't really win that much. I do enjoy the selection of games but I feel like I don't hit the bonuses as often as I do on other apps. Also there are a selection of games that won't open at all and actually kick me off of the app. When I do get a bonus it is usually worthless and seems like more of a tease than a bonus.

this app tends to freeze often on my phone and laptop esp. during bonus features on slots. It doesn't add any of the winnings to my account when it freezes in the middle of the game either. Also ,I seem to win more frequently when I play slots on Fandual or stardust online casino. This is just my experience with this app. I hope others have better experiences than I.

So I just recently downloaded the app. I put $10 on and it gave me a $25 casino bonus, so now I have 35. I've been trying for 2 days straight to play any game on here. Every game as soon as it has me put my nickname in it kicks me back to the main screen. My wife also downloaded it in the exact same thing is happening. Crazy

App is broken. I've tried them all and this is the worst. Made a deposit and didn't get the new member bonus or match. Couldn't even play a game because it kept asking for a nickname. Waited an hour for help on the chat and gave up.

This is the most horrible casino app I've ever seen. I have sent several sceen shots and had several chats with customer service about errors that keep popping up and nothing was done over the last 2 months. Customer service is a joke. I was also cheated out of a bonus because of error messages. Now it tells me I am in a different country when logging in. I have even cleared cache and reinstalled this app numerous times. For all the money Borgata makes they should upgrade.

I haven't been able to log in to the app in weeks. The two factor authentication doesn't send me a text. I tried all troubleshooting techniques which didn't work. It's not my phone or settings, it's the app. I have no issues with other apps sending two factor authentication codes. Support is not helpful and they don't seem to care.
